Thanks to Batcliffe Wood volunteers

Many thanks to everyone who turned out for our task on Saturday including LCC park rangers Emma and Heather and around 20 volunteers. We got a lot done - bluebell planting, woodland thinning and litter picking. Watch out for our next task on November 18th when we will be doing more woodland management, planting a cherry tree at the Langdale Terrace entrance, and planting a few more bluebells. The wood is looking great thanks to everyone's hard work.
